In the lively heart of Prague, in the historic Nové Město district and just a short walk from the Vltava River, the internationally acclaimed boutique hotel brand Sir Hotels is making its debut in the Golden City. The Sir Prague stylishly combines the architectural splendour of bygone eras with modern design sensibilities – a new retreat for travellers seeking beautiful aesthetics and authenticity.

Housed in a magnificently restored building dating back to 1884, the new Sir Prague offers 76 individually designed rooms and suites that showcase a sophisticated blend of history and modernity. The interior design is the work of none other than Linda Boronkay, who has created a warm, contemporary atmosphere featuring bold colour accents, custom-made furniture, and curated Czech art. An elegant library and a tranquil courtyard garden complete the experience – discreetly luxurious, but never aloof.

The true culinary highlight awaits guests from June 2025, when the renowned restaurant Seven North by celebrity chef Eyal Shani will open its doors at Sir Prague. Following his success in Vienna, Shani is now bringing his creative, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine to the Czech Republic – with a menu that changes on a daily basis, seasonal ingredient,s and an open show kitchen that elevates cooking to a spectacle. I always follow my dreams – far more than my logic,’ explains Shani. This philosophy is reflected in every plate, every texture, and every gesture.

Also designed by Boronkay, the restaurant offers an inviting, urban setting – ideal for sharing plates and lively evenings. Sir Prague and Seven North are setting a new standard for design, cuisine, and hospitality in Prague – and will undoubtedly attract attention far beyond the city limits.
