Right up there: the Mochi Sushi.Grill.Rooftop Bar on the sixth floor. Here, the cult Viennese dining concept meets a 360-degree panoramic view – featuring Japanese izakaya cuisine, open robata grills, and signature cocktails. The interiors, created by Muza Lab London, combine cosmopolitan flair with Bolzano authenticity.
