When giant hearts light the way in the mountains, one thing is clear: the HeartBeats – Love is the Answer’ tour has arrived in Switzerland. Over 40 oversized, hand-painted heart sculptures stand along a Heart Trail’ that calls for more love, diversity, and humanity.

In the midst of a world often characterised by uncertainty, division, and distance, a global art project is sending a powerful message. The HeartBeats tour – supported by Cornèr Bank – is more than just an exhibition: it is a movement and a shining inspiration for greater connection. Wherever it stops off, it leaves behind traces of colour, emotion, and hope.

The brains (or rather hearts) behind the project are Claudia Knie and Carolina Caroli, who launched a global art movement with HeartBeats. Their goal: to connect people, to make art accessible, and to provide emotional inspiration – especially in times when connection and confidence are more important than ever. At the centre of the movement are oversized heart sculptures, each individually designed by artists from around the world. Each heart is unique and tells a story – sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, but always touching. Cornèlius, the cute elephant from Cornèr Bank, also adorns one of the lovingly designed works of art. Together, they form a poetic visual language that transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries. The message is clear: love is the answer to everything!

The tour is currently stopping at the renowned Chedi Andermatt, where it is presenting the exclusive capsule collection Mi Confesión by French artist Géraldine Boyard. With her unmistakable signature style, Boyard tells of the stages of love – from initial doubts to unconditional devotion. Her works speak not with words, but with emotion – heart to heart.

With HeartBeats, we want to offer people a positive, artistic experience and bring the transformative power of art to life,’ explain the founders. The exhibition in Andermatt is part of a national tour that has already stopped in Basel, can be admired in Lugano from 18 August, and will then move on to Klosters in September. Further stops are planned – each one marking a new heartbeat on the journey through Switzerland.

Anyone who falls in love with one of the hearts can take it home with them: the large, two-metre-high sculptures are for sale – powerful unique pieces, available directly on site or on request. And for those who have less space but just as much heart, there are small, hand-painted replicas available in the online shop. Each one is a genuine original – numbered and certified.
