Paint a Ferrari? Make sketches on the bonnet of a Lamborghini? Famous artists have taken the plunge and created the exciting Art Cars’ exhibition.

From the garage to the studio: Artists added a great deal of creativity, passion, and fun to sophisticated mechanics and elegant design. With the BMW, Bentley, and Porsche Art Cars having already impressed in the first part of our series, it’s now the turn of Lamborghini and Ferrari.

Lamborghini: the motorised Minotaur

As if a Huracán EVO wasn’t already impressive enough, the brand had the artistic appearance of its cult model perfected by Italian artist Paolo Troilo. What makes it particularly special is that Troilo doesn’t draw with a brush or airbrush, but rather with his fingers. He named the work‘Minotauro’, after the mythical creature with the body of a human and the head of a bull.

Ferrari: sketch with speed

The owner of this unique piece is a very lucky person indeed. There are only 999 Ferrari 812 Competizione models in the world, and only one Tailor Made example from the Ferrari cusomisation department of the same name. The car features the sketches that head designer Flavio Manzoni first drew when designing the 812 Competizione. Technically, however, everything remains unchanged: 830 hp and a top speed of 340 km/h.
