In the heart of Rome, where the past meets the present, the new nhow Roma makes a powerful design statement. The lifestyle brand nhow Hotels & Resorts is opening its second hotel in Italy – transforming what used to be a Vatican convent into a creative experience for all the senses.
The 260-room hotel is located right next to the Villa Borghese park, within walking distance of Via Veneto, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Clear and modern on the outside, the interior surprises with a provocative mix of street art, antiquity and pop culture. Classical sculptures are deconstructed, Roman gods meet modern beats – the design is a dialogue between eras. Architect Rafael de La-Hoz, interior designer Emiliano Calderini and artist David Zuker are behind the visual concept.
Particular highlights: the Imperial Suite with its own bar, spectacular mosaic floors, modern technology, curated wine bars – and the signature restaurant LUDO, which combines Italian cuisine with an urban US vibe. DJ sets, live music and performances make every evening an experience.
nhow Roma is aimed at a new generation of travellers who want more than just a nice hotel room. Here, an overnight stay becomes your inspiration – with prices starting at £240 per night including breakfast.
