In 2025, an iconic building returned to the heart of Prague: the former InterContinental Prague became the Fairmont Golden Prague, combining striking 1970s architecture with contemporary luxury.
Located right on the Vltava River, the hotel offers stunning views of Prague Castle and the Old Town. Hardly any other hotel can boast such a central location – just a few minutes will take you to the Charles Bridge or the elegant Pařížská shopping street.
Golden Eye Bar and a unique pool
The 320 rooms and suites are characterised by a clear, timeless design, while works by Czech artists transform the hotel into a gallery. The Fairmont Golden Prague also offers a diverse range of culinary delights: the Zlatá Praha Restaurant reinterprets Bohemian classics, while the Golden Eye Bar serves up sophisticated cocktails.
The extensive spa area is a particular highlight – especially the large outdoor pool. It is the only one of its kind in Prague and allows guests to swim under the open sky while the city lights reflect in the water.
With its blend of history and modern luxury, the Fairmont Golden Prague offers more than just a place to stay – it is a place where the flair of the city can be felt in every corner.
